Global TV, a company that started on February 15, 1995, has been working directly with Lutron since 1997, being the oldest distributor in Spain ( and one of the oldest in Europe ), and the one with the most experience ( by far ) in the Iberian Peninsula / Southern Europe.

We are also one of the largest Lutron distributors in Europe, always ranking in the Top 3 in Europe ( by sales / revenue, by unique projects, and by number of trained staff ), being an international benchmark recognized by everyone for the quality, scale and complexity of successfully completed projects.

We are one of the few Lutron distributors worldwide that can carry out a project from start to finish, with everything needed, using our own resources, without external dependencies, not even from the manufacturer itself.

Our team of engineers, programmers and specialized technicians in Lutron ( all certified at the highest level by Lutron itself ) carry out all types of installations and projects, whether for residential use ( for private clients in high-end homes ), corporate ( for businesses and institutions in office buildings ) and hospitality ( in 5-star hotels ).

Additionally, we have clients and projects in other areas, uses and applications, such as boats / yachts, shopping malls, restaurants, high-end stores, business campuses, etc.

Not only do we sell, install, program, commission, maintain and repair all Lutron products, systems and solutions, but we also integrate them with all types of third-party products, systems and solutions, such as :

Crestron, AMX, Savant, DALI, DMX, KNX, BACnet, ModBUS, MQTT, Matter, SNMP, AirZone, Cool Automation ( Cool Master ), Intesis, SONOS, HEOS, WiiM, security and access control systems such as Vanderbilt and Motorola Solutions, 2N IP video intercoms, Salto and Dormakaba locks, BMS ( Building Management System ), PSIM ( Physical Security Information Management ), PMS ( Property Management System ), management, control and supervision tools from the IT sector, etc.

Premium Service

If there is one thing that sets Global TV apart from the rest, it is our Premium Service, which truly is something unique in the market, with no one offering anything similar or comparable; in fact, they don't even come close. We are in a different league, we have nothing to do with the rest, and we prove this day after day, for more than 31 years ( since 1995 ).

We understand that if we have sold, installed, configured, programmed, commissioned and maintained a product and/or system for a client, in this case, from Lutron, meaning that the client has placed their full trust in us, we must be committed to them and we must be responsible for all of it, and therefore, for up to 5 years, our own labor ( remotely and on-site ) is completely FREE, to resolve or try to resolve, as far as possible, everything related to errors, faults, incidents, problems, breakdowns, etc., that are directly and solely attributable to the product itself and/or to our services ( labor ). In Madrid, furthermore, on-site travel is also FREE, and in the rest of Spain and the world, the client only needs to pay for travel ( mileage and/or transportation tickets, travel time, per diems and accommodations ).

The Premium Service, or whatever each person wants to call it, is something that no one else offers, and in many cases, not even if you pay for it, because most potential competitors are not committed to their clients in the medium and long term, they only see the short term.

The Premium Service, by itself, could almost be said and/or considered to be a corrective post-sales technical maintenance contract or SLA - Service Level Agreement -, but offered at no costFREE —, which, if we value it economically, over a period of 5 years, at minimum, being conservative, is equivalent to 20% of the total value of all products/equipment ( at a rate of 4% per year, and that's on the low end ) and very probably, it is even considerably more.

We couldn't be more confident in ourselves and in the brands and products we sell, in this case, Lutron, and we not only say it in words, which we also do, but we also put it in writing ( here and in many other places ) and we prove it day by day, with facts that can be measured, quantified and valued.

A 99.999% satisfaction rate among our clients is not something that is easily achieved, nor by chance.

The Premium Service is applicable to all clients who have purchased a SOLUTION = COMPLETE PACKAGE from us, which consists of PRODUCTS + SERVICES.
